Nope. For the free demo, we write everything using what we find online about your business. If you want professional copy fully customized to your voice, add our Website Copywriting add-on ($250). For photos, we use high-quality stock imagery that fits your industry — or if you have your own photos, even better.

The free demo is a real, complete, working website — not a mockup or wireframe. You can click every link, view it on your phone, share it with your spouse. If you approve it, we move it to your own .com domain, set up email forwarding, connect it to Google, and hand you hosting and maintenance. Everything in your chosen plan is already included.

A revision is any single change request — a text edit, a photo swap, a color change, a tweak to the contact form, updating your hours. Small stuff, most of it takes us under 20 minutes.

What's not a revision: adding a whole new page, building a new feature (like an online booking system), or redesigning the entire look of the site. Those are separate scope changes, and we'll quote them before starting. We'll never do work and surprise-bill you.

First, most clients never hit it — 30 revisions a month is a lot. But if you do, extra revisions are $25 each, or you can upgrade to the next plan tier for a pro-rated cost. We never cut you off mid-project or hold your site hostage.

Your monthly fee covers: fast hosting on premium infrastructure, daily backups, SSL certificate and HTTPS, security monitoring and updates, uptime monitoring, your ongoing revisions (5 to unlimited depending on plan), and responsive support when you need help. Basically: everything that keeps your site online, secure, and up-to-date.

For custom-built sites: we handle updates for you via your revision allowance — faster than you could do it yourself. For platform-based builds (Wix or Squarespace), you get full editor access and can make changes anytime. Either way, you're not stuck waiting on anyone.

Every site we build is technically optimized for search out of the box — clean code, fast load times, mobile-friendly, schema markup. That handles the technical side. For active local SEO (keyword targeting, Google Business Profile optimization, ongoing content strategy), add our SEO Optimization service ($300).
